2021 was an interesting year, with new norms; we all seem to have adopted new work habits and are accustomed to some kind of chaos.
From struggling to fix an appropriate WFH arrangement to finessing the finer details of a home office. We have become experts in crisis management, one way or another.
As we look back on the year, there are some highlights we’re very proud of.
Throughout 2021, we obsessed ourselves with engagement and often challenge ourselves with the question – “ how do make our users enjoy our platform more?”. With this in mind, we have facilitated over 700 hours/month of recruitment work with 750+ interviews scheduled and 4000+ candidates served.
Accelerating with Cyberport, WNJ Ventures, FoundersHK, & AppWorks
The startup journey can get quite lonesome so guidance cannot be overlooked. Thankful for the experts at accelerators and VC’s, we learned so much from them and other budding founders. Listening to others’ startup journeys, and sharing our own, gave us interesting perspectives. Knowing that there are so many inspirational founders out there facing similar challenges provided us with the much-needed affirmation that we’re heading in the right direction.
Recruiter-on-demand: hypergrowth startup’s like Pickupp, a Series-B logistics startup, had ambitious growth plans and need more than just recruiters. Find Recruiter, as an impartial recruitment platform, expanded our services to a total recruitment solution. We completed over 20 key hires across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia.
Applicant Tracking System: the market has an abundance of ATS selections but most are bulky and complex. Users find it hard to adapt to them and end up dropping these systems. We have built this ATS to make sure it’s accessible, comprehensive, and functional. The best thing about it: it’s free!
6X in Revenue
While navigating through the year’s uncertainty, we continued to be ambitious and bullish on the recruitment market. As our community of recruiters and employers grew, we continued to focus on streamlining the recruitment process and introduced features that made interactions more seamless. Combining this with the growing capabilities of our recruiter network, we achieved 6X revenue growth for 2021.
