Register for a FindRecruiter account
Each recruiter will be required to sign up for individual accounts and fill out details such as the firm you work for, which industry you recruit in, and so on. After we authenticate your details, you will have full access to a job board with clients looking for recruiters’ help
Work on Job Assignments
Pick and choose clients’ job assignments that you wish to work on; clients range from aspiring startups like Pickupp and ZALORA to large enterprises like CLP and Chinachem, you can freely choose the type of roles you work on.
Show Off your Candidates
After listening to the client’s briefs, you can start referring your candidates’ profiles to specific jobs. You will be notified when the clients review your profiles or request interviews to meet your candidates.
Confirm and Log Interviews
We track conversion data such as clients’ engagement with your candidates’ profiles as well as the number of interviews you generate from these candidate introductions. The more engaged you and your clients are, the higher the rating you will receive.
Once a successful placement is made, you can raise this on the system for the clients to confirm. They will give you a satisfaction rating out of five, and sometimes may add on a wordy testimonial too!
