New Job Board Sorting

We've updated our Job Board to provide better job sorting. Jobs are now by default organized based on real-time activity levels of clients / companies. Jobs that are most responsive and urgent are shown at the top of the Job Board. This helps you to manage your expectations when working on a role. And no worries if you still preferred the old way. We kept it for you, it's only one-click away to switch it back to the previous way.

Recruiter Job Board

In this release, we're thrilled to announce a significant enhancement to our Recruiter Job Board, provide a clear overview of their activities on the platform. Recruiters is now able to view the jobs they've added on the job board, making it easier to stay organised and engaged.

Redesigned Password Reset Experience

It is our continuing effort to improve the UI/UX for the entire Find Recruiter platform. Password reset has long been an area where our users have difficulty. We have updated its UI, messages, and overall experience to ensure our users can complete a password reset smoothly.

Drag and Drop Interview Stages

We are excited to introduce a significant improvement to the interview stage management feature in our platform. With this update, employers no longer need to delete previous stages to rearrange their sequence. Instead, a convenient drag and drop functionality has been implemented, allowing seamless reordering of interview stages.

• Improved UX for JD Generator - Stream JD as it's being generated. Reduces response delay from 60s -> 1s. Users no longer have to wait for 1 min before they can see the result!
• Brand new "Job Updated" email - We have greatly improved the design for "Job updated" email. The new email now details the complete list of changes by employers to a job so recruiters can easily spot the differences and re-calibrate their search parameters accordingly.

Recruiter Notification Setting

With this update, recruiters can easily update, set, and adjust the notifications they receive from clients regarding new jobs and job updates.
