Frequently Asked Questions

Employers
What is the gurantee period?

Think of it like a warranty for your candidate. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our universal guarantee period covers you for 90 days. If the candidate didn’t start, no fee will be due from you. Rebate is in the form of credit note.

  • If the candidate didn’t start, no fee will be due from you
  • If the candidate leaves between 0-30 days, then you get 100% rebate
  • If the candidate leaves between 31-60 days, then you get 50% rebate
  • If the candidate leaves between 61-90 days, then you get 25% rebate
What if my job opening is a confidential search?

Only a handful of recruiters who are selected to work on the confidential job opening will be briefed and see the job’s full details. When you post a job to the marketplace, recruiters only have limited information that’s enough for them to determine whether they’re interested to take on the confidential job. Only approved recruiters will find out who you are.

Recruiters engaged on a confidential search have the responsibility to ensure your identity is kept anonymous until you explicitly request an interview with the candidate.

What are the payment terms?

Upon candidate commencement, you will pay the agency fee based on the amount set within your job. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Find Recruiter will invoice you on the candidate’s start date with payment terms of 30 days. Payment is released to the recruiter according to the guarantee period milestones. Don’t worry, if you don’t hire a candidate, you don’t need to pay the recruitment agency.

What agency fees should I set?

Based on your job opening, our platform will recommend you rates to ensure you’re not overpaying. The rates you set should incentivize the recruiter to introduce quality candidates and sometimes prioritize your job opening over others.

How is Find Recruiter different from a recruitment agency?

Find Recruiter is not a recruitment agency. We are a platform connecting employers with different recruiters. Most large recruitment agencies are costly and have rigid business term. With Find Recruiter, we connect you with recruiters from boutique to small sized agencies who typically charge less with greater flexibility.

How does Find Recruiter work for employers?
  1. Post your job order on the platform. Upload a job description and select a commission rate that reflects your urgency and budget. Based on market data, we’ll recommend you a fair rate that helps you get the job filled quickly and not pay more than your peers.
  2. Take a call with Clara A.I for improved candidate matching.Instead of explaining to recruiters one by one, take a 10 minute call with Clara A.I and answer 5 important questions beyond the job description. Your call will be recorded for recruiters to find you candidates with not only the right qualifications but also the right culture fit and motivations.
  3. You see only the best candidates. Your dedicated account manager and our Matching Technology will filter all candidates before they land in your inbox, ensuring every candidate you receive is ready-to-interview and aligned with your expectations.
Can recruiters see my contact details?

No. Your contact details are kept private and recruiters only have access to your job details. We recommend keeping all communications on the platform. This ensures you are protected at all times and allows our account managers to easily step into the process when needed.
